1. The service

All Clear Docs checks uploaded documents and messages automatically and explains the result in plain language. The result is an automated assessment. It is not legal, financial or tax advice and can be wrong.

2. Your responsibility

Only upload documents that concern you or that you are allowed to share. Do not rely on the result alone for important decisions.

3. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

4. Provider

Kadan Capital Management Pte. Ltd., Singapore. Singapore law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country says otherwise.
