2. Your documents

When you upload a screenshot or document, we process it only to check it and show you the result. It is not stored on our servers. The result is kept encrypted in your browser only and is deleted when you close the window.

For the automated check we send the document to Anthropic PBC (USA). Anthropic does not use it for training and generally deletes it within 30 days under its policies.

3. Usage statistics

We count page views, checks and button clicks, together with the page and where the visit came from (for example a search engine or an ad). We use no cookies for this and store nothing in your browser. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies.

To prevent abuse, the number of free checks per day is limited. For this we store an encrypted value (hash) derived from your IP address and delete it after two days.

If you arrive through a Google ad, the address contains a click ID from Google. We store it with a check or button click and tell Google that the ad click led to such an action. We do not send your documents. Click IDs are deleted after 90 days.

4. Why we use your data

We use the data above only to run the checks you ask for, to prevent abuse, to understand which pages and ads are useful, and to answer your messages. We do not sell personal data. By uploading a document you consent to it being processed for the check; you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, which stops any further processing.

Our service providers process data in the USA and the EU. We only use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA and the GDPR, under contracts such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
